1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you'll be notified through e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

Please be sure to make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

• Group discounts for 3 or more people should be reserved according to the number of participants. If the reservation is made with a single-person diagnosis for the specified product, the reservation will be automatically canceled. 
• The Basic Course includes only a personal color analysis, and the Detailed Course includes a personal color analysis, daily quick makeup, and body type and style consulting.
• The Shopping Service, which can be added to the Detailed Course, includes going to a cosmetic store or clothing store together after the initial personal color analysis. To reserve the Shopping Service, email help@creatrip.com. 
• Keep in mind that these consultations include translation fees.
• Keep in mind that the analysis results are only sent to those that reserve the Detailed Course.
• The personal color analysis process takes between 1 to 2 hours.

• Avoid wearing makeup or contact lenses for an accurate analysis. If you have already applied makeup, please remove it before your consultation.
• We recommend bringing the cosmetics you usually use for product recommendations after the analysis.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it may be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
