How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.

2. Proceed with full payment.

3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher with a QR code.

4. Visit the ticket booth on the 2nd floor of the Gangnam COEX City Airport Terminal within 90 days of purchase. Head to the information desk inside the bus ticket office on the second floor.

5. After selecting the boarding time at the ticket booth, exchange it for a physical ticket.

6. Bring your physical bus ticket and board at your assigned seat and time.

Location

From Exit 5 of Samsung Station (Line 2), go straight → Turn right at Teheran-ro 87-gil → Pass Hyundai Department Store to find COEX City Airport on the right. Alternatively, enter through Millennium Square at COEX Mall from Exit 5.

• This ticket is for foreign tourists only.
• This ticket is not a reserved seating ticket. Please exchange the voucher for an actual bus ticket at the ticket booth and sit in the seat indicated on the ticket.
• Children under 5 must bring proof of age (passport) to use the service for free. However, only one child per adult is free, and if there are two children per adult, a separate child ticket must be purchased for one of the children.
• The schedule and intervals may change depending on traffic conditions.
• If you leave your luggage on the bus, please call +82-2-551-0754.
• Free baggage allowance is 2 pieces per ticket (23kg per ticket), and excess baggage will be charged at the rate equivalent to the child fare per piece.
• Partial use and partial refunds are not possible. If there is a change in the number of users, you must cancel and repurchase.
• Please adhere to the boarding time after exchanging the boarding pass. If you do not board at the time indicated on the exchanged boarding pass, service restrictions may apply.
