1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the deposit payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.
5. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you`ve already paid.

During your visit

1. Head to the 6th floor and show your Creatrip reservation confirmation and passport at the desk.  
2. Wait for a bit in the waiting area.  
3. When your name is called, you’ll be taken to the consultation room to get details about the procedure, including steps and timing.  
4. Then, you'll move to the treatment room for a personalized consultation with the doctor.  
5. Follow the instructions to begin your treatment.  
6. After the procedure, the staff will guide you through the post-treatment care process.  
7. You'll also receive important post-care instructions and recommendations.  
8. If needed, you can get a prescription from a nearby pharmacy or schedule a follow-up visit.  

Reservation & Procedure

• Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• Please make a reservation according to the actual number of people visiting. Those with no reservation will not be allowed to enter.  
• You can book more than two procedures per person.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be provided.  
• Bring your passport to receive up to a 10% tax refund. This applies only to on-site payments.

Aftercare

• Avoid eating for two hours after a whitening procedure, and stay away from smoking or foods with strong pigments (grape juice, cola, wine, coffee, green tea, chocolate, curry). If needed, rinse or brush your teeth right after eating.
• After whitening, you may experience temporary gum discoloration, tooth sensitivity, temporary staining, or white streaks or spots on your teeth. If sensitivity continues, take pain relievers, and if it persists, visit a dentist.
• Since your teeth may be more sensitive after whitening, avoid very hot or cold foods.
• The whitening effect is not permanent, so it’s important to maintain it with regular treatments.
• After laminate treatment, avoid chewing sticky or hard foods with the treated teeth.
