Rave Photo Studio

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment. 
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date/time, you'll be contacted by e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

Reservation

• The studio operates strictly by reservation, so please choose your date and time carefully.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund.
• Arrive on time for your reservation. Even if you arrive early, early entry to the studio may not be possible.
• Non-participating companions may accompany the person being photographed (multiple companions are allowed).
• If you and your companion both wish to have back-to-back sessions, please make separate reservations for consecutive time slots and visit together for immediate sessions without waiting.
• There is no place to store valuables inside the studio.

During Photoshoot

• Hair and makeup services are not included in any of the packages.
• Outfit rental services are not available, so please bring your own.
• For better results, we recommend getting hair and makeup done before the shoot.
• Schedule your hair and makeup appointments 60-90 minutes before the shoot to ensure you arrive on time.
• The studio has a powder room and fitting room, and provides items like brushes, hair ties, and a steamer.
• Changes in hair, outfit, or lighting will be considered an additional concept, and extra charges will apply on-site.
• To view sample concept photos, please check the studio’s Instagram.
• If you have specific poses or looks in mind, please capture sample images in advance and bring them with you. You can bring examples from other studios, but we may not be able to match colors or tones exactly.
• To speed up your photo session, bring images of concepts you like.
• The final color of the photos may vary depending on your skin tone compared to Instagram samples.
• We provide professional coaching and direction to help you achieve natural poses, gestures, and expressions in a relaxed atmosphere.
• About 100-150 shots will be taken per concept.
• Basic retouching includes skin, body lines, face shape, and shoulder lines. If you have additional requests, let us know after selecting your photos.
• Excessive retouching requests will not be accepted (e.g., hair color changes, lens overlays, perfect symmetry, or matching app-edited photos).
• If you want to add more concepts on the day of the shoot, please discuss it with the photographer. It may or may not be possible depending on the studio’s schedule.
• Photos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes.

After Photoshoot

• All packages (except for ID photos) include original photos, but they are provided in low resolution. If you need high-resolution photos like the edited ones, there is an additional fee of 50,000 KRW on-site.
• The original photos are usually sent within 5 days.
• Edited photos are sent within 7-14 days from the selection date.
• Edited photos are sent via a Google Drive link.
• The download period for the photo files is limited. After the period ends, they cannot be downloaded.
• The download link is available for 30 days. If you cannot download the photos within this time, please contact the studio via the email you communicated with during the photo selection.
• The original photos are stored for 60 days. After this period, they will be deleted.
• Each concept includes around 100-150 original photos.
