How to Reserve

2. Reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 days after completion of reservation.

3. Please arrive at the meeting place no later than 10 minutes beforehand. The tour will depart on time.

Reservation

• Arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting place.
• Departure time may be delayed on the day due to road conditions.
• Please arrive on time as late arrival will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
• The itinerary is subject to change depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and tourist site conditions.
• Departures will proceed even on rainy or snowy days, but in severe weather conditions, departure dates may be changed or refunded.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge. (Free children do not receive meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)
• Children aged 36 months and above are charged the same fee as adults.
• Vehicles will be assigned based on the final number of participants in the group. If you need to bring luggage, please contact help@creatrip.com after making a reservation.
• During the journey, please carry your passport and valuables and keep them safe. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• When making a reservation, provide your messaging app (LINE, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber) ID or contact phone number and ensure that the ID or number is reachable.
• While not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase traveler's insurance before participating in this activity.
• The itinerary is for reference only, and the tour guide may adjust the schedule based on on-site conditions.
• Book private ski lessons according to individual requirements. One ski instructor can teach multiple members of the same group, and you can also book 1:1 lessons.
• If you want to experience high slopes using the lift, please pay for the lift-included package.
• Depending on the operating hours of the ski resort, the departure and end dates of this tour may change according to the ski season.
• Additional fees apply for pick-up in Seoul or at the airport when selecting the private tour (option H).
• Information on the professional photo shoot option will be provided separately on-site.

Ski/Snowboard 

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (adult) when selecting a snowboard package.
• All ski schedules include basic ski lessons. No compensation or refund can be claimed if you do not participate in the lessons.
• Beginner ski lessons will have 15-17 students per instructor.
• The minimum size for children's ski equipment is a foot length of 15cm (based on foot length).
• The maximum size for adult ski equipment is a foot length of 30cm (based on foot length).
• If a child or adult cannot participate in the ski event due to ill-fitting equipment, no compensation or refund can be claimed. (Please be careful when making reservations.)
• To enter the ski resort, you must wear ski equipment. Customers not participating in skiing cannot enter the ski resort without equipment.
