• Please make sure to select the shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
• The schedule may change on the day depending on the weather and traffic conditions.
• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early. The tour will depart on time.
• If you are late, there will be no refund. Please make sure to arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes before the departure time.
• During the trip, please carry and manage your passport and valuables. You will be responsible for any case of loss, theft, or damage.
• If the weather is too warm and the ice doesn't freeze, the festival will be relocated to another village. The start and end dates of this tour may change depending on the season.
• Please note that the guide will not accompany you inside the tourist attractions.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge. However, bus seats, admission tickets, etc. are not provided.
