Elysian Gangchon Ski, Snowboard & Sledding 1 Night & 2 Days Tour | Seoul Departure

3. Please arrive at the meeting place by 10 minutes before. The tour departs on time.

Reservation

• Vehicle number and guide contact information will be sent via SMS or SNS the day before departure.
• Arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting place.
• Departure time may be delayed on the day depending on road conditions.
• Please arrive on time for the meeting, if you arrive late, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
• The itinerary may change slightly depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and the status of tourist sites.
• The tour will depart even on rainy or snowy days, but if the weather conditions are extremely poor, the departure date may be changed or a refund may be given.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge. (Meals, car seats, entrance tickets, etc. are not provided for free children.)
• Children over 36 months are charged the same fee as adults.
• Vehicles will be assigned according to the final number of the group. If you need to bring luggage, please contact help@creatrip.com after making a reservation.
• During the journey, please carry and store your passport and valuables carefully. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Provide your message app (LINE, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber) ID or contact phone number when making a reservation, and make sure the ID or number is reachable.
• Although not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase travel insurance before participating in this activity.
• The itinerary is for reference only, and the tour guide may adjust the schedule according to on-site conditions.
• Book a private ski lesson according to individual requirements. One ski instructor can teach multiple members of the same group, and you can also book a 1:1 lesson.
• Depending on the operating hours of the ski resort, the departure and end dates of this tour may change according to the ski season.

Ski/Snowboard 

• Children under 12 must select Option A. when choosing a snowboard package, they must be accompanied by a guardian (adult).
• All ski schedules include basic ski lessons. No compensation or refunds can be claimed if you do not participate in the lessons.
• There will be 15-17 students per instructor in beginner ski lessons.
• The minimum size for children's ski equipment is a foot length of 15cm (based on foot length).
• The maximum size for adult ski equipment is a foot length of 30cm (based on foot length).
• If a child or adult cannot participate in the ski event due to incorrect ski equipment size, no compensation or refund can be claimed. (Please be careful when making a reservation.)
• To enter the ski resort, you must wear ski equipment. Customers who are not participating in skiing cannot enter the ski resort without equipment.
• There is no separate entrance fee when visiting Snowy Kingdom on Day 2. (Choose between free skiing or Snowy Kingdom 2 types)

Accommodation

• The maximum number of people allowed in a room is 2-4. If the reservation exceeds 4 people, they will be assigned to a second room.
• Room types are determined by the hotel and cannot be specified.
• If the hotel is full or short of rooms during peak season, the hotel may change. In this case, they will provide accommodation at a similar level alternative hotel and offer a shuttle to the ski resort the next day. (No compensation or refund requests)
• Personal hygiene products are not provided in resort rooms. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, and comb.
• Hairdryer, small towels, soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided in the room. Please bring any other necessary items separately
