2024 Yeongdongdaero K-Pop Concert + Coex Aquarium Ticket

1. Please enter all required information before proceeding with the payment.
2. Once payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. (This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.)
3. Please collect your Yeongdong-daero K-POP Concert ticket at the venue on September 29, 2024 (Sunday). The ticket collection location will be sent to your email 1-2 days before the event.

5. You can visit the COEX Aquarium anytime within the validity period (until December 31, 2024). Simply scan the barcode at the entrance gate for admission.

※ By purchasing the ticket, it is assumed that you agree to the concert guidelines, and these terms may be updated or changed based on the concert situation. Please make sure to review the guidelines before attending to avoid any inconvenience.

Yeongdongdaero K-POP Concert 

1. Important Information for Ticket Booking

• All seats are standing areas.
• This performance is for audiences aged 15 and above (born on or before September 29, 2009). Anyone below the age limit, regardless of ticket possession or accompaniment by a guardian, will not be allowed to enter.
• For Section B, the seat number you selected corresponds to your entry number, and entry will be in numerical order.
• For Section E, no entry numbers are assigned. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
• The buyer is solely responsible for any damage resulting from illegal transactions. The organizers and ticketing agency take no responsibility for such damages, nor will they provide compensation. Please cooperate to avoid such issues.

2. Ticket Collection Information

• You must exchange your ticket for a physical ticket (wristband) at the venue.
• The location and operating hours of the ticket booth have not yet been determined. You will receive an email with confirmation at least 3 days before the performance.
• To collect your ticket on-site, you must bring both the booking confirmation and a valid ID for all attendees (passport or alien registration card). Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted. If any of these items are missing or the information does not match, ticket collection and refunds will not be allowed.
• You are responsible for any lost or damaged tickets. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, and entry is not permitted without a valid ticket.
• It is expected that the venue will be very crowded on the day of the performance. Please arrive early, collect your wristband, and wait accordingly.
• If you booked two tickets, they must be collected together, and both attendees must visit the ticket booth at the same time.
• No overnight waiting lists will be maintained, and any such lists created by the audience will not be recognized. The organizers are not responsible for issues arising from this.

3. Entry Information

• Entry times for each section: (*Entry times may change depending on the situation on the day.)
  • Section B: From 5:00 PM on September 29
  • Section E: From 12:00 PM on September 29
• Final Entry Time: 7:30 PM on September 29
• For Section B, after you receive your wristband at the ticket booth, line up according to your entry number by 5:00 PM. Entry will be done in order at 5:00 PM. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, you will enter based on arrival order rather than entry number.
• Section E ticket holders can enter from 12:00 PM after receiving their wristband. Depending on the situation, you may be asked to wait in a designated area before entering.
• Wristbands must be worn until the end of the performance. If you are not wearing your wristband, you will be asked to leave.
• For audience safety and order, prohibited items will be checked upon entry.
• Prohibited items: Large professional cameras, tall ladders, selfie sticks, tripods, food or beverages other than water, tents, long umbrellas, chairs, items that pose a risk of accidents, bottles, fireworks, lasers, hazardous materials, knives, scissors, weapons, and pets (items that pose safety concerns in accordance with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act are strictly prohibited).
• If prohibited items are found, you will be removed from the venue.
• You cannot move between sections. If you do so, you will be asked to leave.
• This venue is not a professional performance hall, so there may be safety risks when moving around. Please follow the guidance of security and safety staff.
• If you arrive after the performance has started, you may be restricted from entering. For smooth entry, please follow the guidance of the staff.
• No refunds, cancellations, or changes will be made if you miss the performance due to ticket collection, traffic conditions, or parking delays. Please arrive early to avoid these issues.

4. Audience Guidelines

• Emergency vehicles and staff will be on-site to ensure safety. If an emergency occurs, please notify the nearest staff member immediately.
• No Photography During the Performance: Taking photos or videos, or recording audio using professional equipment or mobile phones, is strictly prohibited during the performance unless previously agreed upon.
• For your safety, please wear comfortable shoes rather than high heels, as high heels can increase the risk of injury.
• Pets are not allowed to enter the venue to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
• Please avoid behavior that disrupts other attendees’ enjoyment of the performance. If your actions excessively disturb others, you may be subject to restrictions from the staff.

COEX Aquarium

• You can enter directly by scanning the barcode at the entrance gate without needing to exchange for a physical ticket.
• This ticket is only available for individual foreign travelers. It cannot be used for tours or group visits accompanied by a guide or driver.
• Children under 36 months can enter for free with proof of age (passport, etc.).
• Re-entry into the aquarium is not allowed once you exit.
• For the protection of marine life and to maintain the viewing environment, pets are not allowed.
• Please note that outside food and drinks are prohibited.
