Reservation Info

  1. Please provide the required information in detail.  
  2. Please proceed with full payment.  
  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed, and a voucher will be sent within 1-2 business days.  
  4. Once your reservation is confirmed, please complete the Google Form by the day before your rental date. You’ll need confirmation from the provider to ensure smooth service. Without completing the form, you may face over an hour wait time or other issues when you arrive.
  5. If we are unable to verify a copy of your passport, the rental may be denied on-site.
  6. Please arrive on time and follow the staff's instructions.  
  7. Return the rental equipment to the same location according to rental period. 
  8. The rental period is based on calendar days. Please reserve the product according to your desired rental period.  
    Ex. Rental starts on March 1 / Return on March 5: Purchase a 5-day pass (not based on 24 hours).

How to Get There 

1. Take the free shuttle bus to 'AICC-bound' in front of Gate 13 (T1, 3F). (Every 10-15 minutes)

2. Get off at the International Business Center.

3. Enter the building and go down to B1 floor to find the office B115 near the pharmacy.


If you arrive during self-service hours (20:00-09:00 KST);

Airport Directions

1. Go up to the first floor of the building and exit through the main gate next to the 7-Eleven convenience store.

2. After crossing the crosswalk, board the bus at the Incheon Airport T1-bound free shuttle bus stop.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please contact us in advance if you wish to change your reservation to a morning/afternoon or staff-assisted/self-service pickup time.  
  • To ensure transparency in billing, we will send you a purchase invoice.  
  • The rental period is based on calendar days. Please reserve the product according to your desired rental duration.  
  • The minimum rental period is 3 days (you must pay for 3 days even if you wish to use the equipment for 1-2 days).  
  • Please return the equipment on the scheduled return date and time. If the equipment is not returned without prior notice, further action may be taken. 
  • If you exceed the rental period, additional charges will apply based on the daily rental rate.  
  • If the rented equipment is damaged or lost, please contact the CS center (KakaoTalk: forholiday / LINE: @558hovam (include @) / WhatsApp: +82 10 5241 5257).  
  • Minor scratches or general wear and tear will not incur repair fees.  
  • In case of loss or irreparable damage during the rental, 100% of the product price will be charged.  
  • For damaged or lost equipment, compensation will be based on the lowest online purchase price, and the rental company will contact you directly.  
  • If the damage is repairable, the rental company will process repairs through the equipment vendor, and an invoice will be sent to you. 
  • If additional fees remain unpaid or if the equipment is not returned and there is no contact for 3 days, legal action may be taken.
