• Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
• Please note that companions other than the reservation holder are not allowed to enter the establishment.

2. Sihyunhada Photo Studio (Hongdae Space Branch)

• Please be sure to make a reservation at least 7 days in advance. Reservations made on weekdays are confirmed within 24 hours. 
• If you make a reservation on the weekend (Sat/Sun), your reservation will be confirmed on the next business day.
• The process will proceed in the order of visiting at the reserved time > filling out the consultation card > personal preparation before shooting > shooting and retouching > receiving the package > leaving the store. The start time of the shooting may vary depending on the preparation before the shooting (consultation, personal preparation), and the shooting and retouching will take about 30 minutes.
• Please note that for each time slot, only one photo can be retouched. If you wish to have two photos retouched, please book two separate time slots.
• Reservations for the next month open on the 11th of each month. EX) From August 11th -> September reservations available.
  • First Grade: A photographer who has passed the debut evaluation after the trainee program.
  • Second Grade: A photographer who has successfully completed a minimum of 1,000 photo shoots and passed the promotion exam
  • Third Grade: A photographer who has successfully completed a minimum of 3,000 photo shoots and passed the promotion exam.

Makeup + Hair Styling

• For hair and makeup styling, please bring three photos each of the desired style for hair and makeup so the stylists can have a reference for what you want.
• A wash and cut are not included, only hair styling.

Reservation Precautions

• Cleansing is possible, but please let us know in advance if necessary.
• There may be some waiting time during weekends.
• Companions are not allowed. If a guardian accompanies, please let us know in advance.
• Please fill in the required information accurately on the reservation page for smooth processing.
• Parking is available. Please let us know in advance if parking is needed.
• Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.

2. Sihyunhada Photo Studio | Hongdae Space

<Photography Guidelines>

• Your visit will proceed as follows: Arrive on time for your reservation > Fill out a consultation card > Personal preparation before the shoot > Shooting and editing > Collect your package > Leave the store. 
• The start time for shooting may vary depending on pre-shoot preparations (consultation, personal preparation), and the shooting and editing process will take approximately 30 minutes.
• The reservation includes 1 photo shoot for 1 person and 1 retouched photo. Consultation proceeds on-site.
• Hair, makeup, and clothing services are not provided.
• Partial nudity shots are not available.

<Usage Guidelines>

• Rather than reserving on the day of the visit, we recommend making reservations in advance to ensure availability. Due to our system, it is difficult to change schedules, process refunds, or provide same-day package reservations. 
• Please keep in mind that if you visit the studio before opening time or during the lunch break, there won't be an available waiting area.
• Due to the small space, only one extra person may accompany you.
• There is not a separate time for you to fix your hair/makeup, so please do so beforehand or arrive early to get ready before the consultation. (Changing clothes and quick makeup touch-ups are possible during prep time.)
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a voucher with guidelines and precautions. Please be sure to review it before your visit.
• The entire process is conducted through 1:1 conversations, and after the photo shoot and results have been finalized, changes cannot be made.
• While most photographers have basic English proficiency, a translation app might be used for a more accurate consultation.
• For visa photo shoots, please bring the specific photo regulations of your country.
• Please arrive on time according to your reservation. 

<Late Policy>

• There are many reservations lined up back to back. If you are late, your photo shoot and retouching session will be rushed in order to accommodate for the next reservation.
• If you are late, there may be additional costs for the retouching process in the case that it needs to be finished outside of your allotted reservation time.
• Cash payment is difficult. Please bring a card that can be used for payment.

<Additional Guidelines>

• Any additional products, such as albums or extra prints, can be purchased on-site.
• For a smooth photo shoot process, we recommend checking examples of facial expressions, poses, and background colors through the Sihyunhada website or Instagram (@sihyunhada) beforehand.
• Sihyunhada provides services for consultation, photography, and editing only. They do not offer outfits or makeup services.
• The JPG file of your finalized photo will contain the signature and logo of the photographer and is provided digitally in high resolution (300dpi).
• If you would like to purchase a JPG file of your photo without a logo, you can pay 50% of the photo shoot price on-site.
• All rights to the portrait photo and copyrights for photography belong to Recorders Academy ㈜레코더즈. Any commercial use and secondary processing is not allowed without prior consent.
