• Reservation method: Pre-booking on Creatrip
• Reservation confirmation: Entry allowed after confirming Creatrip reservation details and identity of the reservation holder on-site (physical passport and alien registration card required)
• Ticket pick-up: Hwaseong Haenggung Square Ticket Box (825 Jeongjoro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do)
• Performance venue: Jeongjo Theme Performance Hall (817 Jeongjoro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do)
• Age restriction: 7 years and older (under 7 years must be accompanied by a guardian)
• Available languages: English/Chinese/Japanese
• Experience period: October 4, 2024 (Friday) / October 5, 2024 (Saturday) / October 6, 2024 (Sunday) / 2 sessions per day
• Experience times (limited to 30 people per session / takes about 40 minutes):

  • October 6, 2024 (Sunday): 19:00 / 21:00

How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Once payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed immediately.
3. Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport) at the ticket box (near Jungjo theme performance venue, Hwaseong Haenggung Square). Booking confirmation and ticket pick-up are available from 60 minutes before the program starts.
4. After reservation and self-verification, we will exchange it for admission tickets or wristbands.
5. Follow the guidance of on-site staff.

How to Get There

• This event is exclusively for foreigners. (Including foreign citizens and permanent residents / Korean nationals can participate with foreigners)
• You can only participate in the schedule selected at the time of reservation. You cannot participate in a different schedule from the reservation.
• Please enter the information of the booker and accompanying person at the time of reservation. If the information of the booker and the accompanying person is different on-site, or if the reservation is made improperly, it will be invalid and no refund will be given upon discovery.
• If there are remaining seats, you can make a reservation on-site from 1 hour before the performance.
• Reserved tickets cannot be transferred between acquaintances.
• If purchased for resale using illegal methods or for the purpose of scalping, we may cancel the reservation and restrict the use of the ticket without prior notice upon discovery.

During your visit

• This event operates as unassigned seating (free seating).
• This event takes place outdoors. In case of cancellation due to rain, we will provide a 100% refund for that performance.
• You can confirm your reservation and pick up your ticket at the ticket box (foreigner-only information booth inside the Hwaseong Haenggung Square) starting 60 minutes before the program begins.
• Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport, alien registration card, etc.) at the ticket box (near Jeongjo Theme Performance Hall, Hwaseong Haenggung Square). After confirming your reservation and identity, we will exchange it for an entry ticket or wristband.
• Only ticket holders are allowed entry on a one ticket per person basis, and entry is not permitted if you lose your ticket or fail to bring it, so please take care to keep your ticket safe.
• Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Please be sure to pick up your ticket at least 10 minutes before the performance. If entry time has passed, there may be restrictions on entry.
• There is no parking lot near Hwaseong Haenggung. For those who visit by private car, please take note of this.
