How to Reserve

1. Please fill in the required information in detail. Once payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed immediately.

2. To participate in the event, please purchase a ticket at the ticket office of Donggureung and Hongyureung ('Entrance Ticket (Ages 25 - 64 / 1,000 won)') and enter.

3. On-site registration location (next to the ticket office, Chosun Royal Tomb Shrine Complex) please wait 5 minutes before viewing. Starting from the registration location, please present your reservation details before entering. Please show your Creatrip reservation details.

4. After the reservation is confirmed, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

During reservation

• This event is 100% pre-booked, and no on-site sales will be available.
• You can only attend the event on the date selected during reservation. Participation on a different date is not allowed.
• This event is exclusively for foreigners. If purchased by a Korean, the reservation may be canceled without notice, and Koreans cannot participate in the event. (Koreans cannot enter with a foreign companion, but foreigners with passports can enter.)
• Koreans with foreign residency or citizenship must present proof along with their passport on-site to participate. [National Heritage Promotion Agency] staff will verify documents and inform you of entry eligibility. Entry decisions are not made by [Creatrip], and [Creatrip] is not responsible if entry is denied.
• To participate, please purchase an "admission ticket (ages 25-64 / 1,000 KRW)" on-site at the Donggureung/Hongyureung ticket office.
• Same-day ticket purchases and usage are not allowed.
• A maximum of 2 tickets can be reserved per person. Reservations exceeding 2 tickets may be canceled, and tickets cannot be transferred to others.
• Please provide both the reservation holder's and companion's information when booking. If this information does not match on-site or if the booking was made fraudulently, the reservation will be invalid, and no refund will be given.
• If tickets are purchased fraudulently or for resale purposes, reservations may be canceled and usage restricted without prior notice.

During your visit

• Please wait at the onsite registration location (Comprehensive Information Desk next to the ticket office) at least 5 minutes before the viewing time. Entry will begin after verifying your reservation at the registration location. Please present your Creatrip reservation details.
• The foreigner sessions for the "Stories of Trees on the King's Forest Path" take place at both Hongyureung and Donggureung, so please check the schedule and location carefully before booking.
• Preschool children can participate if accompanied by a guardian.
• Please note that late arrivals may be restricted from entering.
• This is a mobile program where participants walk through the royal tomb forest paths for about 90 minutes. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for a smooth experience.
• Since the Joseon Royal Tombs are outdoor spaces, the event may be canceled if rain is forecast by 9 AM on the event day.
• We are not responsible for accidents or lost belongings due to personal negligence.
• Food, tripods, flash photography, and any items that may pose safety or facility damage risks are not allowed.
• Pets are not permitted at the event.
• Media and broadcasting coverage may occur on the event day, and individual programs may be filmed without prior notice.
• Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation for promotional, research, or publication purposes.
