1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger apps. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff. 

Before photoshoot

• Basic communication in Japanese is available. 
• Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page. 
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
• Reservation times may be adjusted. Please check your email until your reservation is confirmed.
• If you want to reserve both hair/makeup and photoshoot, please reserve them for the same time. Hair/makeup (1 hour) will be done first, followed by the photoshoot.
• Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled photoshoot to prepare.
• If you arrive late, the photoshoot will be cancelled, and no refunds will be given.
• Only one companion is allowed to enter the studio with you. But please keep in mind that the companion is not allowed to participate in the photoshoot.
• If you are visiting with a companion who will also be photographed, back-to-back reservations are possible. Please book adjacent times.
• Shoes are available for free rental in sizes 235-240.
• Dresses are available for free rental in sizes 44-55 (Small-Medium-Large).
• You may also bring your own dress.
• We do not provide men's or children's clothing.
• For reservation changes or other inquiries, please contact us at help@creatrip.com.

During photoshoot

• The total duration includes both the photoshoot and the editing process.
• The Luxury concept may take more than 1 hour.
• The photoshoot does not include hair and makeup. If you want hair and makeup, please reserve it additionally (additional cost of 150,000 KRW per person per concept).
• You can show the photographer your desired concept on-site.
• If you’re booking more than one concept, please reserve the following time slots as well.
• If you want to add more concepts on the day of the shoot, please discuss with the photographer on-site. This may not be possible if other clients have reservations.
• It’s recommended to select a dress on-site with the photographer according to your concept.
• Please note that you may not be able to choose the exact dress or accessories as shown in your concept.
• If you wish to shoot with specific props or equipment, you may bring them with you.
• If using food props, please be careful not to stain the studio or costumes. Stick Around reserves the right to charge the full cost of cleaning or replacement if the costumes are stained or damaged.
• All digital photos provided will include a logo.
• The photos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes.

After photoshoot

• Original files can be provided at no additional cost.
• The photo files sent via email may have a limited download period. Please keep in mind that when this period expires, the files will no longer be available for download.
• The final edited photos will be sent to the email or social media account you provide on-site within 1-2 days.
• If there are additional photos from the original set that you want edited later, you can request additional editing (additional fees may apply).
• After the final edited photos have been delivered, no further edits or revisions will be possible. If you have specific editing preferences or requests, please make sure to communicate them on the day of the shoot.
