• Excluded: lunch, dinner, travel insurance, personal expenses.

How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.

2. Reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 days after the completion of booking.

3. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes in advance. It leaves on time.

4. Follow the guidance of on-site staff.

• This package is for foreigners only.
• A minimum of 4 travelers is required for package departure. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the package will be canceled. Emails regarding package cancellations will be sent 7 days before the departure date.
• The itinerary is subject to change depending on transportation and weather conditions.
• There is no refund for leaving in the middle or only watching part of the performance schedule.
• Children under 36 months are free. However, bus seats, admission tickets, etc. are not provided.
• If you bring a wheelchair or stroller, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.

Performance 

• Three-day tickets for this performance can only be used by the purchaser for 3 days to watch the performance. (Transfer not allowed)
• At the entrance of the venue, after verifying the identity of the ticket holder with a physical ID (passport), you must exchange and wear a wristband to enter the venue. Please follow the on-site tour guide instructions.
• Only one wristband will be issued per ticket, and it will not be reissued if lost or damaged.
• The wristband will be directly worn by the staff at the time of exchange, and other forms of distribution and proxy collection are not allowed.
• You must wear the 3-day wristband without loss or damage until the end of the third day to re-enter.
• This performance is general admission and first-come, first-served. You are free to use standing zones and picnic areas.
• Security checks will be conducted before entering the gates for wristband verification and prohibited items inspection.
• Prohibited items discovered during security checks will not be stored separately and will be disposed of on-site. (You can use the item storage area near the entrance gates before entering.)
• Items that may disrupt the performance (such as umbrellas, parasols, and mats in the standing area) may be prohibited.
• Entry may be restricted if the capacity for each stage is exceeded to create a pleasant viewing environment and manage the crowd.
• If there are any actions that disrupt the viewing experience of others or pose a safety threat, immediate removal may occur, and refunds will not be provided.
• The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or damaged.
• To protect the rights of the artists, photography, video recording, live streaming on social media, and recording are prohibited for copyright and publicity rights reasons. Legal action may be taken if violations occur.
• Official photos and videos capturing the venue and staff will be taken for documentation purposes and may be used for promotional materials in the future.

Accommodation

• Rooms may be changed to hotels of the same class depending on availability.
• Room types cannot be specified and are assigned on the day of check-in.
• When registering for 1 person, you must pay a single room surcharge per night.
• To have breakfast at the hotel, you must arrive at the restaurant by 08:00 at the latest.
• After checking out of the hotel, you must request luggage and item storage at the hotel front desk.
• The resort provides 2 towels per day. Additional charges may apply according to hotel regulations for additional requests.
• The room is equipped with bedding sets, TV, telephone, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, coffee pot, and hairdryer.
• According to South Korea's environmental protection policy, toiletries will not be provided at accommodation facilities from 2024. Please bring your own or purchase on-site.
