How to Reserve

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Once payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed immediately.
3. Please present your Creatrip reservation details and identification (passport) at the ticket box (near Jungjo theme performance venue, Hwaseong Haenggung Square). Booking confirmation and ticket pick-up are available from 60 minutes before the program starts.
4. After reservation and self-verification, we will exchange it for admission tickets or wristbands.
5. Follow the guidance of on-site staff.

Reservation

• This event is for foreigners only (including foreign citizens and permanent residents / accompanying Koreans may participate).  
• You can only attend the event on the date selected at the time of reservation. Participation on a different date is not allowed.  
• Please enter the information of the reserving party and any accompanying guests at the time of booking. If the information provided on-site differs from the reservation, or if there is fraudulent booking, the reservation will be void and no refund will be issued. 
• If there are remaining seats, you can purchase tickets on-site starting 1 hour before the event.  
• Tickets purchased cannot be transferred to others.  
• If tickets are purchased fraudulently or for resale, the reservation may be canceled, and use of the ticket may be restricted without prior notice.  
• If you have any allergies or are vegan, please note this in the reservation details and inform the staff on-site.  
• The beverages included in the program (omija tea/sujeonggwa) can be chosen on-site.  

During your visit

• Ticket confirmation and pickup are available at the foreigner-only information booth at the ticket box (within Haenggung Square) starting 60 minutes before the program begins.  
• Please present your Creatrip reservation details and ID (passport, alien registration card, etc.) at the ticket box (located near the Jeongjo-themed performance hall in Haenggung Square). Once verified, you will receive an entrance ticket or wristband.  
• One person per ticket is the rule, and only ticket holders will be allowed entry. If you lose your ticket or do not have it with you, you will not be admitted, so please take care of your ticket.  
• Please collect your ticket at least 10 minutes before the event starts. Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter.  
• There is no parking near Hwaseong Haenggung. Please be aware of this if you are planning to visit by car.
