  • Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page.
  • Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
  • Basic English communication is possible using translation apps.
  • Please make a reservation according to the actual number of people visiting.
  • The standard length is 18 inches. If you want 20 inches, please pay an additional fee on-site.
  • If you wish to switch to a no-tip combo (recommended for short cuts), please pay an additional fee on-site.
  • For two-tone hair extensions, additional fees will apply and can be paid on-site.
  • Special colors are available from 20 inches and above and come with an extra charge (can be paid on-site).
  • For short cuts, 130 pieces are standard; for bob cuts, 130 pieces are standard; for mid-length hair, 100 pieces are standard. If you need more volume, additional fees will apply (can be paid on-site).
  • If you want hair straightening or coloring, please pay the additional fee on-site.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
  • The whole procedure takes approximately 3 hours.
  • During reservation, the full amount is charged upfront. Additional fees for extra pieces, length, straightening, or coloring can be paid on-site.
  • If additional charges apply, please note that VAT is not included, and a 10% surcharge will be added for card payments.
