1 | Introduction to traditional liquor & Liquor tasting | Taste traditional liquor while enjoying an easy and fun explanation about it. |
2 | Steaming rice for fermentation | Steam the glutinous rice you've prepared and learn the basic skills needed for brewing alcohol. |
3 | Nuruk fermentation practice | Experience one of the key steps in traditional liquor making by pressing and fermenting nuruk with your own feet. |
4 | Kneading | Mix the glutinous rice, nuruk, and water, which is one of the most crucial steps in the brewing process. |
5 | Brewing | Place the mixture in a fermentation container and letting it mature. |
6 | Straining the liquor | Taste freshly pressed, pure liquor made only from glutinous rice and nuruk. |
7 | Class wrap-up | Take home 2 liters of the liquor you made, packed in an eco-friendly bag specially made by Sooldangdang. |
