During the tour 

• When making a reservation, be sure to select the shuttle bus boarding location. 
• Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The tour will depart on time.
• When making a reservation, please be sure to provide a contactable contact number or ID of a messaging app (such as KakaoTalk, Line, etc.).
• The day before the trip, turn off Line's 'message blocking' feature so that the tour guide can contact you and provide travel information.
• Due to road conditions, traffic situations, and tourist site conditions, the schedule may change slightly.
• Infants under 36 months can accompany for free, but we cannot provide a separate seat.

During taking photos

• After the tour ends, edited photos will be delivered via messenger or email about 2 weeks or approximately a month later.
• Photos are taken using professional cameras at each destination, and the most beautiful photos are selected and edited before being delivered.
• We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
• Makeup and clothing are not provided.
• Please enter your SNS ID or email accurately. Otherwise, it may be difficult to receive the photos.
• If you leave your SNS ID but have blocked friend requests, we cannot provide the photos.
• If you leave your email but have not received the photos, please check your trash or spam folder.
• If you want the original photos, please request them directly from the photographer on site. (If you do not request them in advance on the day of the tour, you may not receive the original photos.)
• The original photos are provided along with the edited photos, and there is no additional cost.
• The photo files sent via email have a limited download period (about 1 month). After this period, the download will no longer be available, so please make sure to download them on time.
• The photos for editing will be selected by the photographer.
• A total of 5 photos will be edited. If you wish to have additional photos edited, the cost is 5,000 KRW per photo (on-site payment).
