3. Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes prior to departure. The tour will depart on time.

  • Cancellations 3 days before departure: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 2 days before departure: 50% Refund
  • Cancellations 1 day before departure: No Refund

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please follow the guide of the travel agency after confirming the reservation. 
  • Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting. If you arrive late or are a no-show, refunds are not possible.
  • Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The tour departs on time.
  • The schedule may change slightly depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and tourist site conditions.
  • The tour will still depart on rainy or snowy days, but if the weather conditions are severely unfavorable, departure dates may be changed or refunds may be made.
  • The prices for adults and children are the same. Participation is recommended for ages 6 and above.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met, the reservation may be canceled. In this case, a 100% refund is possible.
  • If you wish to use the Incheon Airport pickup service, please contact help@creatrip.com.
