Reservation

• Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early.
• Departure time may be delayed on the day due to road conditions.
• Usually, travel schedules are not affected by rainy days.
• In case of severe natural disasters that make travel impossible, you can change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.
• Please arrive on time for the assembly, if you arrive late, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be available.
• Personal travel insurance is not included in all schedules. As outdoor activities involve certain risks, customers should evaluate their participation based on their health condition and abilities. In case of accidents or unforeseeable factors causing physical injuries due to force majeure, the company does not assume any responsibility.
• Schedules are subject to adjustment based on local conditions. The company does not assume responsibility for temporary safety checks or tourist site closures, and does not offer refunds.
• Children over 12 years old are charged adult fares, children over 24 months and under 12 years old are charged children's fares, and those under 24 months are free. (Free children do not receive meals, car seats, entry tickets, etc.)

Ski/Snowboard Safety

• The activity selected from skiing/snow world/ocean world will be conducted for one day. Changes are not allowed after selecting on the same day.
• The minimum size for ski equipment is a foot length of 17cm, and the minimum size for snowboard equipment is a foot length of 21cm. If a child under 3 years old wants to ski, a tour guide will proceed with confirmation on-site. If there is a suitable size, you can pay on-site.
• This tour does not include basic ski lessons. If lessons are needed, please purchase additional options.
• If you choose to switch to snowboarding, we will provide snowboard equipment rental for free instead of ski equipment.
• To enter the ski resort, you must wear ski wear and equipment. Children under 3 years old and those who do not ski do not have clothes and equipment, so they must wait outside the venue.
• Ski lift tickets can be purchased on-site. Instructors and ski lesson participants can use Chinese, English, and Korean.
• Please take good care of the rented equipment. If damaged or lost, charges will be billed according to the price (if goggles are lost, 30,000 won per piece will be charged).

Accommodation

• Room availability will determine whether you will stay at SONO BELLE or SONO MOON. Room types will be assigned as follows:
  • Family Room: 2-3 adults/2 adults + 1 child/1 adult + 2 children -> [1 double bed + 2 sets of Korean bedding]
  • Suite Room: 4-5 adults/2 adults + 2 children/2 adults + 3 children/3 adults + 1 child/3 adults + 2 children/4 adults + 1 child -> [1 double bed + 3 sets of Korean bedding] (One bedroom has a bed, while the other bedroom is a Korean-style floor room.)
• Room types cannot be specified and will be assigned by the hotel on the day of check-in. 
• For single occupancy, you must pay a surcharge for a single room per night. 
• To have breakfast at the hotel, you must arrive at the restaurant no later than 08:30.
• After checking out of the hotel, you will need 4 coins of 500 won each per suitcase for luggage and item storage, so please prepare them in advance.
• The resort provides 5 towels. If you need additional towels, there is an additional charge of 500 won per towel.
• The room is equipped with a bedding set, TV, telephone, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and hairdryer.
• In accordance with South Korea's environmental protection policy, the resort will no longer provide toiletries from 2024. Please bring your own or purchase on-site.
