Purchase and Reservation Procedure

1. Please select the card pick-up date to make a reservation. Card pick-up is only available on the designated reservation date.

2. Purchase options according to the desired pick-up location. (KT Roaming Center or CU Convenience Store)

When collecting at the KT Roaming Center, you must purchase KT USIM or KT eSIM as a required item. Please apply within the Hanpass app and purchase after applying.
At CU convenience stores, you can receive the card without the need to purchase a SIM card.

3. Purchase is confirmed immediately and a voucher (PDF) is issued.

4. Click on the QR or URL inside the voucher to download the 'Hanpass' app.

*Be sure to click on the QR/URL inside the voucher to download the 'Hanpass' app.
*If you manually download the 'Hanpass' app, you will not be eligible for 'Creatrip' buyer and promotion benefits.

5. Please proceed with signing up according to the procedure. Please check 'Sign up for the purpose of traveling in Korea' when signing up.

How to apply for and receive a card

1. KT Roaming Center

1) Go-Card (transport) – click 'Order a Card'

2) Terms and Conditions Agreement

3) Please select your desired pick-up location. (KT Roaming Center)

4) When entering the application information, please be sure to enter the 'Hanpass Reservation number (8 digits)' found in the voucher (PDF).

5) SIM card selection: Please select KT USIM or Esim.

6) Please select the exact location to pick up the card. (Check KT Roaming Center operating hours)

Register to use your card

1. Press the Hanpass card in the Hanpass app, tap the 'Register for Use' button in the card list, and enter the card information.

Precaution

Available only for foreign passport holders. (Korean passport holders not allowed)
Hanpass customer center is available for phone calls and KakaoTalk consultations from 09:00 to 18:00 (excluding holidays). For detailed customer center information, please refer to the website.
You can only receive it on the designated date. If there are any changes to your receiving schedule due to changes in your departure schedule, please contact help@creatrip.com.
Clients who purchase cards through Creatrip will have their first year annual fee waived.
Customers collecting at KT Roaming Center must make a purchase reservation with KT SIM card through the Hanpass app.
- Customers who wish to make voice/text calls must top up at the airport roaming center. (If voice is not topped up, a data-only SIM card will be provided)
Hanpass card is provided only to customers who have pre-registered on the Hanpass app, limited to one per person.

Hanpass Wallet Charging

To use Hanpass card, you need to recharge your wallet.
1. Recharge with your personal card from your home country / Recharge your wallet with your personal card number from your home country.
2. You can recharge your Hanpass wallet via WeChat Pay.
3. You can also recharge in foreign currency at convenience stores and ATMs.
Once recharged, you can use the Hanpass card.
If your balance is low, card payment may be difficult, so please be careful.
