Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting. If you arrive late or are a no-show, refunds are not possible.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to the meeting place. The tour departs on time.
The schedule may change slightly depending on road conditions, traffic situations, and tourist site conditions.
Even on rainy or snowy days, the departure will proceed. However, if the weather conditions are severely unfavorable, the departure date may be changed or a refund will be processed.
The price for adults and children is the same. Participation is recommended for ages 6 and above.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the reservation may be canceled. In this case, a 100% refund is possible.
