  • Lotte World is located near major tourist attractions in Seoul Due to its central location, it is very accessible as it is located right next to 'Songridan-gil' at Jamsil Station.

  • There is much to see even if you do not plan of riding any of the rides. It is also a great place for those that want to take photos, as the interior is so aesthetic. 
  • The amusement park is divided into indoor and outdoor areas, so it is a great place to come regardless of the weather. 
  • If you are a thrill seeker, there are many fun rollercoasters that you should try such as the 'French Revolution', 'Gyro Swing', and 'Atlantis'!

2. Lotte Tower Seoul Sky Observatory Ticket

  • Seoul Sky is the world's fifth-largest and Korea's highest observatory. From a height of 500m, you can see the city of Seoul from the very top.
  • There are various attractions to see throughout the observatory, from exhibition spaces, restaurants, cafes, and photo zones.
  • It is located very close to Songridan-gil and Lotte World in Jamsil so you can enjoy a trip to the various places in one day. It is located in the center of Seoul so it is easily accessible.

Reservation Info

1. Lotte World Full Day Pass

  • Once the reservation is complete, it will be confirmed immediately, and a voucher will be issued.

2. Lotte Tower Seoul Sky Observatory Ticket

  • The voucher will be issued within 1-3 business days after your reservation is confirmed via email or on My Page.
  • Since the ticket supplier does not operate on weekends, it may take up to 3 days to issue the voucher if you make a reservation on the weekend.
  • The voucher includes a QR code. Please exchange it for a physical ticket at the ticket booth on-site.
  • The last entry is one hour before closing time.

Cancelation Policy

  • [Lotte Tower Seoul Sky Observatory Tickett] Once the ticket has been sent, you cannot refund or cancel your reservation.

Things To Keep In Mind

1. Lotte World Full Day Pass

  • The price for the Full-Day Pass (1 Person) is the same for adults, teens, and children. 
  • Child: 36 Months - 12 Years, Teen: 13 Years - 18 Years, Adult: 19+ Years  
  • The Magic Pass is not included in this ticket.
  • You can enter by presenting the QR code at the entrance, without the need for exchange a ticket at the counter.
  • The QR code changes for security reasons, so screenshots are not allowed. Customers without data access are recommended to connect to 'LOTTE FREE' Wi-Fi within Lotte World. 
  • Please make a reservation up to 2 days before the entry date.
  • Once the ticket is issued, refunds or cancellations are not possible.
  • If you have any questions, please contact help@creatrip.com.
  • Entrance is allowed up to one hour before closing time. 


2. Lotte Tower Seoul Sky Observatory Ticket

  • The price for adults and children is the same.
  • Korean passport holders cannot use this ticket. 
  • Children under 24 months old must present a passport for free admission.
  • A pre-entry safety inspection will be conducted to ensure a safe and pleasant viewing environment. Food, glass bottles, pets, professional photo/recording equipment, large bags, sports equipment, e-cigarettes, and other items are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • The operation of Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and photo zones may be subject to change depending on weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.)
  • If you do not receive your ticket one day prior to the date of entry or have any other questions, please contact help@creatrip.com.
