1. Taejongdae Zip-line Ticket (1 person)

• Operating hours: Open 09:00 to 18:00 all year round (ticketing closes at 17:15, boarding closes at 17:30)
• Operating process: Fill out consent form, wear equipment > Zipline safety education > Take shuttle bus to Zipline experience facility (5 minutes) > Zipline experience
• Due to weather conditions, Zipline operation may be adjusted or suspended depending on weather conditions. In case of operation being impossible due to bad weather, tickets will be fully refunded.
• Zipline operates in 10-30 minute intervals and boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis. (Depending on the situation on site, there may be a waiting time)
• Only one person per ride on Zipline, and individuals weighing less than 30KG or over 100KG cannot use the service.
• You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your desired boarding time, and refunds are not possible if you come after the reserved boarding date.
• During boarding, taking photos with a selfie stick, mobile phone, etc., is not allowed. The operator is not responsible for lost belongings.

2. Media Art MOEI Ticket

• Operating Hours: Open 24/7 09:00~18:00 (Ticketing ends at 17:30)
• Adults (Ages 19 to 64) / Teenagers (Ages 9 to 18) / Children (Ages 48 months to 8 years)

3. Package (Zipline + MOEI Media Art + Thrill on the Mug Cafe 6,000 KRW voucher)

• Operating Hours: Open 24/7 10:00~21:30
• Live Jazz Performance Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun 1st show (19:30~20:15), 2nd show (20:30~21:15)
  • For detailed jazz performance schedule, you can check on the official website.
• In case of inclement weather preventing zipline operation, you can choose to receive a full refund or opt for the alternative package of 'MOEI Media Art (10,000 won) + Thrill on the Mug Cafe (20,000 won) voucher'.
• This package includes the Thrill on the Mug Cafe voucher, any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid on-site.

How to Reserve

1. Please fill in the details of the required information and proceed with full payment

2. Reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days after payment is completed.

3. Show the Creatrip reservation details to the on-site staff.

• Zipline: Ticket booth on the 1st floor of the lower building
• MOEI Media Art: Visit the ticket office on the 1st floor of the basement building and exchange for physical tickets
• Thrill on the Mug: Exchange the physical ticket at the ticket office on the first floor of the basement and show the reservation details to the staff.

4. Enjoy the experience!

Zipline 

• Same-day reservations and overlapping discounts are not available.
• You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your desired boarding time, and refunds are not available if you come after the reserved date.
• Those weighing less than 30KG or more than 100KG, pregnant women, those with weak hearts, heart disease, other musculoskeletal disorders, acrophobia, and those who have consumed alcohol are not allowed to board.
• Boarding under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Boarding will be restricted if alcohol consumption is confirmed on the day of the experience.
• Do not touch the wire or trolley during the experience.
• During the zipline experience, customers with long hair are requested to tie their hair.
• You must wear shoes that cover the entire foot. (No crocs, sandals, high heels, etc.)
• Please wear pants that are longer than knee length. (No skirts)
• No selfies or filming with selfie sticks, phones, etc. are allowed during the boarding. The operating company is not responsible for lost items.
• The operating company is not responsible for personal items (cell phones, wallets, cameras, etc.) if lost. (Personal belongings or items before boarding the facility are stored in the customer center locker)

MOEI Media Art

• Same-day reservations and double discounts are not available.
• Please observe museum etiquette. Please do not touch the artwork and enjoy it with your eyes only.
• We are not responsible for injuries caused by the negligence of visitors or violations of the notice during the exhibition, and we will claim damages for damage to the artwork.

Thrill on the Mug

• Same-day reservations and overlapping discounts are not allowed.
  
• Any amount exceeding the voucher amount must be paid on site.
• There is no need to reserve seats separately for live jazz performances. Feel free to sit wherever you like at the venue.
