During your visit

• A maximum of 2 people can be booked per time slot.
• Procedures may be conducted in temporary spaces due to store opening and construction.
• Disclose any tattoo/semi-permanent makeup experience, scars, wig/hair transplant experience, medications, skin conditions, or other illnesses when booking.
• For related consultations, use the provided social media QR code (include your name, contactable Korean number, and desired treatment area photo for faster service).

After procedure

• Use cold or lukewarm water to cleanse your scalp and ensure it is completely dry. Avoid hot water and scalp scaling.
• Expect natural skin regeneration (scabs) 5-10 days post-treatment. Do not scratch or pick the area.
• Protect the treated area from direct sunlight to prevent pigment discoloration.
• Avoid intense exercise, public baths, saunas, and pools for at least one week post-treatment.
• Refrain from chemical treatments (perms, dyeing, henna) for at least two weeks post-treatment.
• Avoid alcohol and smoking to prevent delayed recovery and infection risks.
• If you have allergies to pain relief cream ingredients or if the scalp becomes very dry or sensitive, and if pain or swelling continues for more than three days, consult a doctor.
• The degree of pigmentation may vary by area, and touch-ups can address any insufficient pigmentation. Full results may take a month to appear; request additional treatments if needed.
