SeaLaLa Waterpark + Jjimjilbang & Sauna 12-Hour Pass (Weekends & public holidays only)

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page and proceed with the full payment.

2. After the payment is completed, the reservation will be confirmed immediately.

3. Please make sure to visit on the reserved date. Entry is only allowed on the reserved date. (Last entry is 2 hours before closing; Waterpark: 17:00; Jjimjilbang: 19:00). The usage date can be changed only once.

4. At the ticket booth (located to the left of the information desk), enter the 12-digit reservation number from Creatrip (e.g., 240701abc123). The entry voucher for the entire group will be printed upon entering the reservation number.

5. Show the printed entry ticket to the staff to receive individual locker number tags for each person.

6. Personal lockers will remain open for 20 minutes after entry; please use them within this time.

7. Place your shoes in the locker corresponding to the number on your tag and take the key to use the locker.

While you are leaving

1. Present your locker key at the checkout counter and complete the settlement. The shoe locker will open after settlement.

2. Even if there is no amount to settle, please make sure to confirm the settlement at the checkout counter.

3. Use the locker key to retrieve your shoes and exit. A warning sound will alert if you try to leave with the locker key.

How to Get There

• This ticket is for foreigners only.
• Swimwear and swim caps are mandatory in the waterpark. (Sun caps and SeaLaLa towels cannot be used as swim caps)
• The use and bringing in of water guns, rubber tubes (standard tubes are allowed), boats over 1m with closed bottoms, personal swimming equipment (flippers, snorkels, etc.), and mats are prohibited.
• Do not enter the water within 30 minutes after eating.
• People who are intoxicated, have eye diseases, skin conditions, contagious diseases, heart disease, are pregnant, elderly, have hypertension, or diabetes should refrain from using the facilities.
• SeaLaLa facilities may have an entry limit for disease prevention and water quality management. In such cases, cancellations and refunds are possible.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Please consume food only in the food court; eating is not allowed inside the waterpark.
• The lazy river and swimming pool in the waterpark maintain a constant water temperature of 31°C, the event spa at 37-38°C, and the indoor temperature at 27°C.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by not following the guidelines.

How to purchase food and items after entry

• Within the facility, you can use your locker key for purchases, and settle the payment when you exit.
• Please settle the payment at the checkout counter (located at the same place where you entered).
• There is no rental service for swimming gear within the facility. Please bring your own tubes, life jackets, etc., or purchase them at the swimming gear shop inside the waterpark.
