1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date/time, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

• Communication is available through translation for English, Chinese, and Japanese.
• Our studio operates on a 100% reservation basis.
• Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page.
• Please make sure to arrive on your reserved date and time.
• Due to the studio being operated by a single head photographer, reservations may need to be changed or canceled in case of unforeseen accidents or health issues that prevent the shoot.
• For a private and comfortable shooting environment, you can enter the studio from 5 minutes before your reservation time. There is no waiting area for early arrivals, so please arrive on time.
• To maintain a pleasant and focused shoot, only one accompanying person is allowed. If you have multiple travel companions, please let us know.
• If you wish to have consecutive shoots with your accompanying person, book back-to-back time slots and visit together.

During photoshoot

• All options are for individual shoots.
• All photo packages do not include hair and makeup services.
• While professional hair and makeup are recommended for high-quality results, they are not mandatory.
• The studio has a powder room and fitting room equipped with a flat iron, steam iron, comb, hangers, sanitary cotton swabs, and wet wipes.
• For general profiles (personal photoshoots/K-beauty profiles), each profile concept includes 1 lighting setup and 1 outfit. (e.g., 1 lighting setup + 2 outfits = 2 concepts / 2 lighting setups + 2 outfits = 2 concepts)
• Please bring your desired outfits and props on the day of the shoot.
• If you have a preferred shooting style or photo samples, bring them with you.
• The studio has many white horizons and white shooting props. To avoid damage, please do not wear shoes from outside or jeans that might stain.
• Additional concepts are subject to studio availability. Check with the photographer on the day.

During retouching/editing

• On the day of the shoot, we will send the original selection photos to all general profile (personal photoshoot / K-beauty profile) clients.
• For general profiles (personal photoshoot / K-beauty profile), the original selection photos will be sent to the email address provided during reservation. The files are valid for up to 7 days and will be deleted afterward, so please save them to your mobile device or PC on the same day you receive them.
• To select photos for general profiles (personal photoshoot / K-beauty profile), reply to the email with your name in the subject line. In the email, include the full filenames of the photos you select and any retouching requests. The more detailed your requests, the more satisfactory the results will be. Retouching will be based on the intensity you selected during reservation (2 photos per concept).
• The final retouched photos will be ready 2-3 weeks after you make your selections, though this may vary slightly due to studio circumstances.
• If you require further adjustments after receiving the final retouched photos, please provide detailed requests, and we will re-edit them accordingly (up to 2 times).
• You can make your selections up to 3 months from the shoot date. After this period, the studio will no longer retain the files, and retouching requests will not be possible. Please make your selections within this timeframe.
• Please note that due to individual skin tones, clothing colors, lighting, and distances between the subject and the background, the final images may not exactly match your reference images. This is due to the varied ambiance created by these factors, not differences in retouching or color grading.
• For ID photos, passport photos, and package shoots, which include on-site retouching and goods, please make all your requests while at the studio, as no adjustments can be made after you leave. Refunds for completed shoots and retouching are not available.
• If the retouching is weaker or stronger than you prefer or if you have specific requests, feel free to let us know on-site, and we will customize the retouching to your preferences (note: we do not offer compositing).
• If you wish to add more final retouched photos, the cost is 40,000 KRW per bust cut and 70,000 KRW per full-body cut, payable on-site.
• For those who want to keep high-resolution originals or need them for other purposes, an additional fee of 50,000 KRW for the entire set of high-resolution originals is required, payable on-site.
• If you need retouched photos faster than the standard period (2-3 weeks), you can request expedited retouching for 30,000 KRW per photo on-site. Expedited retouched photos will be sent within 3 business days.
