1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page (including specific information such as desired date, taxi options, and departure location). 
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive a voucher via email.
4. The International Taxi Reservation Center will send a confirmation email with driver and vehicle details.

Once you arrive at the Incheon International Airport

1. Visit the International Taxi desk located at T1/T2 terminals.
2. Show your voucher to the desk staff for reservation confirmation.
3. The assigned driver will meet you at the desk.
4. The driver will escort you to the vehicle.
5. If you visit the Terminal 2 desk outside of staff hours, meet your assigned driver at the desk and then head to the vehicle.
6. Enjoy your ride!

1. International Taxi Desk (Incheon International Airport Terminal 1)

• Location: 1F, Arrivals, between Exits 2 and 3
• Hours: Mon-Sun, 24 hours a day, year-round
• Languages: English, Chinese, Japanese

2. International Taxi Desk (Incheon International Airport Terminal 2)

• Location: 1F, Arrivals, between Exits 3 and 4
• Hours: Mon-Sun, 12:00-21:00, year-round. No staff is available at the desk outside working hours; but taxi boarding is not affected. Reservation details and driver information will be posted at the desk, with the assigned driver on standby.
• Languages: English, Chinese, Japanese

• Please make sure to arrive at your reserved date and time. 
• Reservations are confirmed within 1-2 business days.
• Driver and vehicle information will be sent to you via email 1-2 days before the reserved date. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.
• The fare is for one vehicle, one-way (not per person).
• Accurate departure and destination addresses and information are required for booking.
• For airport pickups, please provide your flight number to accommodate any delays due to weather, etc.
• Enter a valid email address when booking.
• If the departure point is an airport, set the pick-up time for 1 hour after the flight arrival time to allow for immigration procedures.
• If the destination is an airport, set the pick-up time 3-4 hours before the flight departure time to allow for check-in procedures.
• Provide accurate required information when booking: flight number, messenger ID, accommodation address, number of passengers, car seat requirement, etc.
• Car seats are available upon request at no extra charge, but availability may be limited.
• Children over 36 months are counted as adults.

During the ride

• For airport departures, the driver will wait for up to 1 hour past the reserved time. After this, it will be considered a no-show, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
• If a flight is delayed, the driver will wait for up to 1 hour past the delayed arrival time. After this, it will be considered a no-show, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
• For departures from Seoul (hotel), the driver will confirm with the hotel front desk and wait up to 30 minutes past the reserved time after verifying the customer's checkout status. After this, it will be considered a no-show, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
• If the customer is found using another vehicle, it will be immediately treated as a no-show, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
• The average luggage size is 28 inches. If you need to carry larger luggage, please book a large taxi.
• There are no additional charges for early morning or late night hours.
• Additional charges may apply if there are extra stops during the trip or if the destination changes to a location outside the service area.
• Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle.
• Shared rides are not available.
