Reservation Info

  1. Please fill in the required information in detail.
    Select vehicle → Choose time → Enter number of people, pickup location 
    Check the number of people / estimated load and then select the vehicle.
  2. Provide a contactable messenger (Line, WeChat, WhatsApp, a phone number usable in Korea, etc.).
  3. Proceed with full payment.
  4. Your reservation will be confirmed within 3 business days after the payment is completed.
  5. The assigned driver will contact you before the tour. You will receive the driver's information the day before the tour.
  6. Meet the driver and enjoy the tour!

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 days before: Full Refund
  • Flight cancellations or delays: Full Refund (you need to present supporting documents issued by the airline)
  • Partial refunds are not available if you do not use the full time.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • The price is for per vehicle, not per person.
  • This service allows you to travel anywhere within the chosen time frame (5 hours or 8 hours), regardless of the number of stops. The driver will try to find a parking spot, but if none are available, additional parking fees will apply (cash or card accepted).
  • The driver will wait at the address you provide, so please enter it accurately.
  • You need to decide on your travel destinations (or stops) in advance. The service does not include travel guidance or a guide.
  • The driver will be waiting at the meeting place holding a sign.
  • When booking a hotel departure, meet the driver outside the hotel, not inside. Verify the car model and license plate number before boarding.
  • For Gimpo Airport pickup/drop-off, please consider your flight arrival/departure times when booking.
  • Incheon Airport is outside the Seoul area, so pickup/drop-off is not available.
  • Travel outside the Seoul area is not allowed. Prepare and show the address or name of the places you wish to visit to the driver.
  • Children aged 36 months or older are counted as adults.
  • All additional fees should be paid on-site (cash or card accepted).
  • If you miss the meeting time, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be available.
  • For airport pickups, please enter your flight number to account for possible delays due to weather.
  • If you need a car seat, inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com. It will be provided free of charge upon request.
