1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the deposit payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date/time, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff. 
5. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you've already paid.

During your visit

1. Present your reservation details and the passport at the information desk. 
2. Wait for a moment in the lobby. (If necessary, cleansing and MarkView -diagnostic device- photography will be done.)
3. When your name is called, you will be guided to the consultation room to receive information about the procedure you will undergo, including the process, sequence, and duration of the treatment.
4. Follow the instructions and receive your treatment.
5. At the information desk, you'll receive detailed instructions and recommendations for post-treatment care.
6. After your treatment, you can schedule follow-up visits.

* Online consultation services are available from Mon-Fri 10:30-20:30 and Sat 10:30-16:00.

During your visit

• Please choose your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page. 
• You have to make a deposit payment in order to complete the reservation. 
• A 10% tax must be paid on-site when making the payment (applicable for both card and cash payments).
• Please make sure to visit on your desired date and time. 
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be given. 
• During busy times, there may be a consultation wait time of up to one hour.
• If you bring your passport, you can receive a tax refund of 7-10%. To claim your tax refund, please make sure to carry your passport.

After the procedure

• Please refrain from drinking and smoking for one week after the procedure. 
• After the treatment, temporary reactions such as troubles, swelling, bruising, or redness may occur. If they do not improve, please contact help@creatrip.com.
