2. Once you complete your reservation, it will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. 

3. Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to the designated meeting point. The tour departs on time.

4. Enjoy the tour!

• Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time. All tours operates with reservation. 
• Please make sure arrive on your desired date and time. 
• If the minimum number of passengers for departure is not met, the tour may be canceled. In this case, we will contact you via messenger app or email to adjust the schedule.
• In the event of safety issues such as sudden gale warnings, natural disasters, or severe weather (heavy fog), departure may be canceled after informing the customer.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be provided.
• Follow the staff's safety instructions during boarding and disembarking, and refrain from actions that may disturb other customers.
• Yacht tours are heavily influenced by weather conditions. Please understand that tours may be canceled depending on the weather and the condition of the yacht.
• Individuals with mobility issues or those deemed unsafe for boarding may not be able to participate.
• No outside food is allowed.
• Wearing a life jacket during the tour is mandatory.
