3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed immediately and you'll receive a voucher. 
4. Visit the selected pick-up location on the specified day with the required information. Refer to the details below for specific pick-up locations.
5. Present your passport and Creatrip voucher. Operating hours of pick-up locations may change without notice based on company circumstances.
6. Follow the staff's instructions.

Pick-up Locations

1. Incheon Airport Terminal 1 

• 1F, Arrivals Hall, Gate F, LG U+ Information Center (Open 24 hours)
• 1F, Arrivals Hall, Gate A, LG U+ Information Center (Open 06:00-22:00)

2. Incheon Airport Terminal 2 

• 1F, between Gates 3 and 4, LG U+ Information Center (Open 06:00-22:00)
• 1F, between Gates 4 and 5, LG U+ Information Center (Open 24 hours)

3. Gimpo Airport International Terminal 

• 1F, Gate 1, LG U+ Information Center (Open 06:30-23:00 / Hours may vary based on international flight schedules)

• This product is exclusively for foreigners. Korean nationals cannot purchase or use this pass.
• This product can only be used by the person who made the reservation. Please fill in the required information accurately when booking.
• You cannot modify the information after booking, so please enter the required details carefully.
• This product is valid for 72 hours/120 hours from the pick-up time.
• Only the person who made the reservation can pick up the product (no proxies allowed).
• You must present your passport and register your information and photo at pick-up. Other IDs may restrict usage.
• You need to load funds onto the card after issuance to use the prepaid pay function.
• Avoid bending the product forcefully as it may damage the internal components.
• You cannot use the communication and transportation services after the designated usage period.

NAMANE Card & Transportation Card

• You can top up the prepaid card and check usage details via the NAMANE App or NAMANE kiosks installed nationwide.
• For detailed top-up instructions, please refer to the website.
• Kiosk locations can be found in the NAMANE App.
• Each prepaid card can be topped up to a maximum of 500,000 KRW.
• Customization of the card is not available.
• The card allows unlimited rides on the AREX regular train, subway, and city buses. The AREX express train is not included.
• The transportation card cannot be used as a transportation card after a specific period. However, the prepaid card function can still be used.
• Please check the back of the card for the validity period of the prepaid card function. 
• If you use the card only as a prepaid card after the transportation card validity period has expired, the features and precautions will be the same as those of the regular NAMANE Card.
• After registering on the NAMANE app, you can register up to 4 cards per account.
• The NAMANE app is compatible with iOS 13.4 and above or Android Oreo 8.0 (API 26) and above.
• For issues, contact NAMANE Card CS through the consultation chat (HappyTalk) or scan the customer service QR code on the kiosk screen. When contacting, provide 'Creatrip buyer name, kiosk location, and error time' for faster resolution. If you leave the consultation chat, the consultation will not proceed. Please refer to the website for customer service operating hours.

LG U+ USIM 

• After using 3GB of data per day, you can enjoy unlimited usage at 5Mbps. The 3GB data resets every night at midnight.
• Only devices with country lock deactivated can be used. Please check in advance to ensure your phone is unlocked.
• It is not recommended to use smartphones released before 2016.
• Data compatibility, refunds, and compensation are not possible for non-recommended models For devices not listed, please contact help@creatrip.com.
• Identity verification services are not available with this SIM.
• You can only request a SIM card extension and voice recharge when the card is initially issued. Extensions and recharges are not available afterward. For more details, please speak with our staff on site.
• Without voice credit, only incoming calls and texts are possible; outgoing calls are not. If you need outgoing call functionality, please request voice credit at the site.
