Before reservation 

• You must bring your passport to collect your tickets.
• Age requirement: 12 years and older (born on or before August 22, 2016 ).
• Ticket purchase limit: Maximum of 4 tickets per person.
• Available languages: Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese.
• Seating: Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (based on the order of payment) from the best available in the Creatrip inventory.
• Included: K-World Dream Awards admission ticket.
• Not included: Personal expenses, travel insurance.
• For group seating requests, please email your reservation numbers to help@creatrip.com, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, late requests may not be possible to fulfill.

Ticket exchange

• When picking up reserved tickets on-site, you must present the reservation details and valid identification (passport, foreign registration card) for all members. Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted. If either of these requirements is not met or if the information does not match, you will not be able to collect your ticket or receive a refund under any circumstances.  
• Tickets for this performance cannot be collected by someone else, nor can they be transferred. If you do not collect your ticket within the designated time or if you are not the ticket holder, you will not be able to receive your ticket.
• You will not be able to collect the tickets if you do not have an ID that matches your reservation name.
• Tickets can be picked up until 18:00 at the "CREATRIP" booth on-site.
• You are fully responsible for bringing the designated valid ID, and tickets cannot be canceled or refunded on the day due to failure to pick up.

Entry

• Entry to the venue will begin around 16:30 KST (2 hours before the performance). The time may change based on on-site conditions.
• Each person must have their own ticket to enter and move around, including accessing the restroom. Without a ticket, entry will not be allowed under any circumstances.
• This performance is open to those aged 8 and above (born on or before August 22, 2016). Those below the minimum age will not be allowed entry, regardless of whether they have a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian.  
• Age verification may be required at the entrance, and you may be asked to show your passport. Please make sure to bring a valid passport for identification.
• You are responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Reissuing tickets is not possible under any circumstances, and entry without a ticket is not allowed.
• Late arrivals may face entry restrictions.
• Re-entry to the venue is not allowed for any reason once you have exited.

During performance

• Please remain in your assigned seat and do not move to another seat.
• For safety, only water is allowed; food and other beverages (under 500 ml) are prohibited in the viewing area.
• Anyone caught taking photos or bringing prohibited items into the venue will be asked to leave, and no ticket refunds or cancellations will be provided.
• Sharing, copying, or producing related materials via the internet or other media is subject to legal action.
• Only bags measuring up to 30x30cm (length x width) are allowed into the event.
• For your convenience, it's best to bring minimal baggage and be mindful of your valuables, as Creatrip is not responsible for any loss or theft due to personal negligence.
• All forms of photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming during the performance are strictly prohibited as they violate copyright laws. If you are caught engaging in these activities, the recorded materials will be confiscated, and you may be forcibly removed from the venue.
• Please note that there will be no separate storage facilities available for personal belongings during the performance.
• We kindly ask you to refrain from any behavior that may disturb other audience members. If your actions disrupt the viewing experience of others, you may be subject to removal by the staff. Neither the organizers nor Creatrip will be held responsible for any incidents or confusion arising from non-compliance with staff instructions. Please cooperate with the staff's guidance.
• Once removed from the venue, tickets will not be canceled or refunded.
• Please be aware that the start time, duration, and program of the performance may change based on the circumstances on the day of the event.
• Prohibited items: Suitcases, ladders, folding chairs, beverages other than water, food, recording devices (cameras, camcorders, audio recorders, camera lenses, tripods, selfie sticks), flammable materials (lighters, gas), lasers, flash devices, personal cheering items (LED decorations, banners, unofficial light sticks), long umbrellas, balloons, pets, and flower bouquets.

Blue Carpet

• The Blue Carpet event is scheduled to start at 16:30 KST (may be subject to change based on on-site conditions). Please make sure to arrive by 15:30 KST (one hour prior)
• The Blue Carpet event is expected to end around 17:30 KST, but the schedule may be subject to change depending on on-site conditions.
• The Blue Carpet ticket cannot be purchased alone. You have to purchase it together with 2024 K-World Dream Awards ticket. 
• The event may be canceled due to bad weather conditions. In this case a 100% refund will be provided. 
• All forms of photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming during the Blue Carpet event are strictly prohibited as they infringe on copyrights. If caught, the recorded material will be deleted, and strict measures will be taken, including possible forced removal from the event.

Other

• The responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from illegal transactions lies solely with the purchaser. The organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies are not liable for any such issues and will not provide compensation. We strongly urge your cooperation to avoid falling victim to such incidents.
• Ticket brokering, transfer, counterfeiting, and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Please be aware that illegal ticket transactions are being monitored by the event organizers. If detected, the tickets may be canceled, and legal action may be taken by the organizers.
• Due to expected traffic congestion on the day of the event, particularly with other activities like baseball games at the stadium, we strongly recommend using public transportation.
• Please note that if you are delayed due to parking issues, tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. We advise arriving at the venue early to ensure a smooth experience.
• By purchasing tickets, you agree to the guidelines outlined on this detailed page, which may be updated or changed as necessary.
