Reservation Info

Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
Proceed with the full payment.
Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher.
Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
Once you arrive, present the QR code on your voucher at the ticket office to receive your locker number ticket. (Please use the shoe locker within 20 minutes after the locker number (ticket) is issued. If not used, the shoe locker will lock automatically).
Use the shoe locker that matches your locker number ticket, and be sure to keep your locker key (the shoe and clothing lockers have the same number).
Scan your key at the gate reader, then go to the sauna attire rental station to receive your sauna attire.
After receiving your sauna attire, you can enter the bathhouse (a shower is required before using the bathhouse).
Change into your sauna attire and enjoy the spa facilities.
After your visit, go to the checkout counter to settle any additional charges using your locker key.
If you have no additional charges, please visit the checkout counter to confirm your usage time.

Things To Keep In Mind

This pass is exclusively for foreigners.
Admission is allowed for those aged 8 and above; children aged 8-13 must be accompanied by a same-gender guardian.
You can use the facilities for up to 4 hours after entry; exceeding this time will require an additional payment of 5,000 KRW per hour.
If you spend more than 10,000 KRW within the spa (excluding the pass), you can stay for up to 6 hours.
This pass must be used on the reserved date, with no partial cancellations or refunds allowed.
Please use the shoe locker within 20 minutes after ticket issuance (otherwise, you will be asked to leave).
During peak season/weekends/holidays, the ticket office may be crowded, causing delays or restrictions on entry.
Some facilities may be restricted or unavailable due to maintenance and inspection.
For the safety of the elderly and young children, a guardian must accompany them, and accidents due to negligence are not our responsibility.
We are not responsible for the theft or loss of valuables not stored in the valuables locker.
If you lose your locker key, report it to a staff member immediately to prevent others from using it. Also, a separate loss fee for the key will be charged.
All facility fees within the sauna must be paid using the locker key. If there are charges, settle them at the checkout counter by verifying your locker key.
Pets and food are not allowed.
You cannot use facilities that are not specified for your pass.
Phones are not allowed in the locker room or sauna, and taking photos, recording videos, or making video calls is strictly prohibited.
Please shower before entering the sauna (bathhouse), and note that swimwear is not permitted.
