2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 2-3 days.

3. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.

4. Enjoy the tour!

• If the tour is canceled due to the operator's circumstances, you will be notified by email 1-2 days in advance.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts. We will not wait for latecomers.
• This is a walking tour (no vehicle transportation).
• Single-person reservations are possible, but the tour will only proceed with a minimum of 2 participants.
• This tour is not a private tour and will be conducted with multinational guests. However, the guide language will be English.
• It may take 2-3 days to confirm reservations on the tour company's days off (weekends and public holidays). For example, if you book on a Friday, it will be confirmed after Monday.
• Children under 5 years old are free, but you must bring a document (e.g., passport) to verify their age during the tour.
• The tour will proceed as usual even in rainy weather, and no refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations during the tour.
• Recording or filming the guide's explanations during the tour is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed, and there are no facilities for pets.
• Cancellations and refunds due to natural disasters are not possible, but date changes are allowed.
