Things To Keep In Mind

• Please be sure to purchase your ticket at least 2 days in advance.
• These tickets are for foreigners only. You must bring your passport in order to receive the ticket on-site.
• Depending on the event organizer, the performance information, such as seating and performance order, may change. Refunds due to changes in performers are not possible unless allowed by the organizer.
• Available Languages: English (native level), Chinese (basic communication)
• You must create an SBS ID to receive the ticket on-site. Please create an SBS ID before purchasing your ticket [Link].
• Seating is random.
• Included: Round trip transportation, admission ticket
• Not included: Personal expenses, travel insurance
• Ground Standing tickets are admitted in the order of purchase.
• Ground Standing tickets are non-reserved seats, and the specific area will be randomly assigned among F6, F7, and F8. You can enjoy the performance freely within the assigned area.

How To Reserve

1. Please complete all required information and proceed with the payment. 

2. After the reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent within 1 business day. (This ticket cannot be canceled or refunded)

3. Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before. The tour will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.

4. Enjoy the performance!

• Age restriction: Must be over 15 years old (born before July 21, 2009).
• There will be a storage service available, but it's best not to leave your belongings in a locker as the schedule will be tight.
• This ticket does not provide designated seating, and will be distributed on the day of the event after ID verification.
• If it is confirmed that tickets were purchased in advance through illegal means, it will be forcibly canceled.
• Responsibility for the loss or damage of the admission ticket lies with the individual, and under no circumstances will a ticket be reissued. You cannot enter the venue without a ticket.
• Entry is not allowed after the cut-off time and seat changes may occur.
• Once the performance has started, re-entry to the venue is not permitted.
• For a safe viewing experience, aside from beverages, no food items are allowed inside the venue.
• Excessive pushing, cutting in line, or any aggressive behavior may offend others, so please be considerate of fellow audience members.
• Entry may be prohibited due to tripods, large cameras, etc., so please be especially careful.
• Portable baggage (bags) up to a size of 30x30cm (length x width) are allowed for entry to the event venue.
• On-site ticket sales are not possible, so please arrive on time to receive your ticket and ensure it does not affect your right to enter the venue.
• Illegal reservations and cancellations by foreigners are not refundable and cannot be processed.
