1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you'll be notified through e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

Before your visit 

• Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page. 
• The studio operates with reservation only.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• If you arrive earlier than your reservation time, you may enter in advance.
• Companions who are not participating in the shoot can enter with you (multiple companions allowed).
• If you visit with companions who are also participating in the shoot, they can be photographed consecutively. Please make reservations for adjacent times.
• The photos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• If you have any questions before the shoot, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, etc.
• For reservation changes or other inquiries, please contact us at help@creatrip.com.

During your visit

• All options are for solo photo shoots.
• The edited photos will be sent within an average of 1-2 weeks.
• If you need the edited photos sooner, you can request fast editing for an additional 50,000 KRW on-site. Fast edits will be delivered within 3 days.
• Photo printing is available (10x15cm size, 10,000 KRW per print / inquire on-site).
• The edited photos will be sent via email.
• The download link for the emailed photos will be available for 30 days.
• If you need high-resolution original photos, please pay an additional 50,000 KRW on-site. They will be sent to your email immediately.
• The original photos will be stored for 30 days. After that, they will be deleted.
• Approximately 100-200 original photos will be provided per concept.
• We have a space where you can store your valuables.
• Hair and makeup services are not included in the photoshoot options.
• For more satisfactory results, we recommend having your hair and makeup done before the shoot.
• For a fast photoshoot preparation, please browse through our Instagram and capture the concepts you like. Send them to us via this link (Line, WhatsApp, WeChat) before your shoot.
• The studio is equipped with a powder room and a fitting room. We provide a hair dryer, curling iron, comb, hair ties, spray, and mist.
• To ensure you arrive at the studio on time, schedule your hair and makeup appointment at least 2 to 2.5 hours before the start of your shoot.
• We offer professional coaching and direction to help you achieve natural poses, gestures, and expressions in a relaxed atmosphere.
• If you have specific poses or looks in mind, please capture them on your phone and bring them with you. You can also bring example photos from other studios, but please note that we may not be able to perfectly replicate the colors or tones.
• We aim for natural edits that do not deviate too much from your actual appearance.
• If you have any special editing requests, please let us know on-site after the shoot.
• Depending on your skin tone, the color tones in the final photos may differ from the examples on our Instagram.
• Since time is allocated according to the number of concepts, it is not possible to reduce the number of concepts (ex. if you reserved 3 concepts, you cannot change it to 2 concepts).
• If you wish to add more concepts on the day of the shoot, please discuss it with the photographer on-site. This may or may not be possible depending on the studio's schedule.

Clothing Guidelines

• We have a wide selection of outfits available for rental which are available free of charge.
• However, there may be instances where some outfits are unavailable due to laundry or damage. Therefore, we recommend bringing at least one outfit of your own.
• Available rental outfits for women include

  • Silk slip tank tops: White, light beige, sky blue, black
  • Off-shoulder tops (organza): White, pink, black
  • Semi-off-shoulder tops (cotton): White, black
  • Basic halter neck tops: White, beige, black
  • Ribbed knit halter neck tops: White, beige
  • Seasoning halter neck tops: Ivory, black
  • Crop long sleeve halter neck tops: Ivory, black
  • Crop short sleeve t-shirts: White
  • Loose-fit shirts: White
  • Turtlenecks: White, sky blue, dark gray, black
  • See-through flare dresses: White
  • Satin dresses: Sky blue
  • Knits: White, light pink, red
  • Chiffon skirts: White, beige
  • Jeans: Light blue (sizes S and L)
  • Two Nubra bras
• The rental outfits come in women's free size, ranging from slim to relatively baggy styles. However, depending on your hip and shoulder measurements, the selection might be limited, and some outfits might not fit.
• For adult men, we have jackets and white shirts available. For children, you will need to bring your own outfits.
• The photographer may recommend outfits that match the shooting concept, or you can choose your own.
• Please note that if the rented outfits are stained or damaged, the studio reserves the right to charge the full cost of cleaning or replacement.
