1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher.
4. Please check your mobile/e-mail for voucher. 
5. Visit freely within 90 days of purchase and confirm your reservation at the entrance.
6. Upon arrival, follow the staff's instructions and sign the consent form.
7. Move to the second floor.
8. Store your shoes, outerwear, and belongings in the locker.
9. For the hygiene and safety of both you and the cats, please change into indoor slippers and wash your hands before entering.

How to use the drink bar

1. Please select your desired drink from the vending machine.
2. Take a cup from the cup dispenser.
3. If you want a cold drink, place the cup on the ice dispenser. The ice will be filled automatically.
4. Place the cup on the vending machine and receive your drink.

How to get there 

1. From Line 2 Hongik University Station Exit 9 , walk 160 meters towards ABC Mart. You will see the Apple Store Hongdae on your left.
2. Continue along the left side of the building, pass the Olive Young store, and turn left into the alley. You will see the entrance to the H-Cube building on your left.
3. Enter the building, take the elevator down to the basement level 2, and you will find the café.
4. If you prefer to use the stairs, you can access them from the outside next to the Olive Young store, leading down to the basement.
5. The cafe is in the Apple Store Hongdae building. To find the building entrance, you need to go to the back alley.

• This ticket cannot be used on weekends and public holidays.
• Please make a reservation at least 2 days in advance.
• This product is for foreigners only.
• The usage time is limited to 3 hours.
• Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, not by reservation. Waiting times may occur depending on the number of visitors.
• For safety reasons, only those aged 12 and older are allowed to visit the cafe.
• For group reservations of more than 20 people, please contact the cafe before making a reservation.
• A consent form must be signed upon entry.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before entering the cat lounge.
• In case of scratches or bites by the cats, first aid will be provided, but no further responsibility will be taken after that.
• We are not responsible for any contamination or damage to your belongings caused by the cats.
• If you harass the cats, staff may ask you to leave.
• Cat feeding times are twice a day at 13:30 and 18:30. The time may change without prior notice.
• Locker keys do not require a deposit, but if the locker key bracelet is lost, an additional fee of 5,000 KRW will be charged on-site.

During your visit

• Do not pull a cat’s tail or any part of its body.
• You may gently pet a sleeping cat, but do not wake it to play.
• Do not disturb cats while they are eating.
• Keep quiet and do not disturb cats while they are resting.
• Do not feed cats any food or treats without staff permission.
• Do not use flash when taking photos and be careful not to stress the cats.
• Cats are sensitive to noise. Please do not make loud noises.
• Do not chase the cats.
• Do not pick up or lift the cats.
