1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed immediately and you'll receive a voucher. Please check your email regularly until your reservation is confirmed, as you may be contacted to change the time if the minimum number of participants for the performance is not met.
4. Please show the voucher to the staff at the ticket office on-site. Check the voucher on your My Page or e-mail.
5. Exchange the voucher for physical tickets.

* Moving or exchanging tickets/seats is strictly prohibited.
* Seats are randomly assigned within the reserved section. Please refer to the seating chart.
* Children under 24 months can enter for free. However, a separate seat will not be provided.

During reservation

• This product is exclusively for foreigners.
• Included: K-Kick Taekwondo Show ticket for one person
• Excluded: Travel insurance, Meals, Personal expenses
• Please make a reservation at least 2 days before the performance.
• The ticket voucher can only be used on the reserved date and time.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, the schedule cannot be changed.
• Please check your email regularly until your reservation is confirmed, as you may be contacted to change the time if the minimum number of participants for the performance is not met.
• Children under 24 months can enter for free. However, a separate seat will not be provided.
• If you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.

During your visit

• The performance duration is 60 minutes.
• The performance includes brief Korean narration and basic English communication, but it is designed to be enjoyable for everyone regardless of language.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance starts.
• The ticket booth opens 1 hour before the performance time.
• Exchanged paper tickets cannot be transferred.
• Moving or exchanging seats within the zone/section is strictly prohibited.
• Seats are randomly assigned within the reserved section. Please refer to the seating chart.
• There is no luggage storage available at the venue.
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited within the venue. If caught by staff, you will be immediately removed.
• No cancellations or refunds are available for no-shows or late arrivals past the entry time on the day of the event.
• Photos and videos can be taken during the performance. However, filming and photography for commercial purposes, as well as live broadcasting of the performance, are strictly prohibited.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
• Children of all ages are welcome, but due to loud sounds and visual effects, caution is advised for children under 36 months, pregnant women, and the elderly. Refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
