Things To Keep In Mind
- It is not guaranteed that you will be assigned a staff member who speaks Chinese, English, or Japanese. If necessary, please use a translation app for communication.
- Duration: 1-3 hours
- Please apply only basic skincare (toner, lotion) before coming to your reservation.
- For hair and makeup reservations, please shampoo on the same day. An additional charge will apply if you request shampooing on-site.
- Additional on-site payment may occur depending on the type of service, length of hair, and styling.
- Please choose your desired date and time on the reservation page.
- Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
- The prices listed on the website do not include VAT. An additional 10% VAT will be added for card payments made on site.
- If you are late more than 10 minutes, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be provided.
- You have to pay the deposit to complete the reservation. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you've already paid.
- Please avoid applying hair oil before your hair and makeup appointment, as it can make styling more difficult.
