1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you'll be notified through e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff.

Before your visit 

• Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page. 
• The studio operates with reservation only.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• If you arrive earlier than your reservation time, you may enter in advance.
• Up to one companion who are not participating in the shoot can enter with you. If you wish to enter with multiple companions, please contact the studio directly HERE. 
• If you visit with companions who are also participating in the shoot, they can be photographed consecutively. Please make reservations for adjacent times.
• If additional people are added, the photoshoot time increases by 30 minutes to 1 hour per person. For example, 1 concept with 2 people takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, and with 3 people it takes 2 hours.
• The photos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• If you have any questions before the shoot, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, etc.
• For reservation changes or other inquiries, please contact us at help@creatrip.com. 

During your visit

• Hair and makeup services are not included in the photoshoot.
• Please keep in mind that there are no place to store the valuable items inside the studio. 
• The edited photos will be sent within an average of 2-3 weeks
• The edited photos will be sent via email.
• The download link for the emailed photos will be available for 30 days. If you cannot download the photos during this period, please contact us via studio's e-mail address. 
• The storage period for the original photos taken is 60 days. Photos will be deleted after this period. 
• The concepts are divided into cool tone, warm tone, actor profile, beauty, deep concept, pictorial, black and white, and natural. Additional concepts will be added if there are changes in hair or outfit. 
• If you want to check out the example concept photos, you can refer to studio's Instagram Story.
• If you have specific poses or looks in mind, please capture them on your phone and bring them with you. You can also bring example photos from other studios, but please note that we may not be able to perfectly replicate the colors or tones.
• Approximately 120-150 shots are taken per concept, and the shooting time is about 30 minutes. (Photo selection time is given separately.)
• An additional 50,000 KRW is charged for full-body shots.
• We aim for natural edits that do not deviate too much from your actual appearance.
• Basic retouching includes skin, body lines, face shape, and shoulder lines. If you have additional requests, please inform us after selecting photos.
• Excessive retouching requests are not accepted (e.g., hair dyeing, lens synthesis, perfect symmetry, or requests to match app-edited photos).
• If you wish to add more concepts on the day of the shoot, please discuss it with the photographer on-site. This may or may not be possible depending on the studio's schedule.
• If you need the original photos, please pay an additional 50,000 KRW on site. 
• Each concept includes approximately 120 to 150 original photos. 
• If you want to print photos, please pay an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per photo on-site.
• There is a powder room and a fitting room in the studio. We provide items such as combs, hair ties, spray, and mist; however the availability may vary depending on the situation on-site.

Clothing Guidelines

• We have a wide selection of outfits available for rental which are available free of charge.
• However, there may be instances where some outfits are unavailable due to laundry or damage. Therefore, we recommend bringing at least one outfit of your own.
• Available rental outfits for women include
  • V-neck camisole (white, black)
  • Halter-neck camisole (white, black)
  • Turtleneck long-sleeve shirt (white, black)
  • Black long camisole dress (white, black)
  • Various off-shoulder tops
  • Light blue jeans in M and L sizes
  • White T-shirts in M and L sizes
• Most outfits are available in sizes 55-66, and we also have free-size options for sizes 44 and 77. However, selection may be limited, or fitting may be impossible depending on hip and shoulder shape.
• No men's or children's clothing is available.
• The photographer may recommend outfits that match the shooting concept, or you can choose your own.
• Please note that if the rented outfits are stained or damaged, the studio reserves the right to charge the full cost of cleaning or replacement.
