Busan Lotte World One-day Pass + Gamsung School Uniform Rental Experience

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Reserve the desired date and time for uniform rental.
3. Proceed with the full payment.
4. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 3 business days.
5. 2-3 days before your reserved visit, Lotte World admission tickets and uniform rental instructions will be sent to your email.

During your visit

1. Fill out the rental application form in the rental store.
2. Present your passport and pay the deposit. (10,000 KRW per person)
3. Choose your desired uniform.
4. Enjoy your time at Lotte world.
5. Return the uniform before store's closing time.

• The ticket is valid for most attractions within the theme park. Please note that additional charges may apply.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free, but there is a separate fee for children's facilities. A passport is required for age verification.
• If you exit the park once, reentry is not possible. 
• Please note that some outdoor attractions may be closed due to weather conditions, and in this case refunds or cancellations are not possible. 
• To rent a uniform, please fill out the rental application form and present your passport, then pay a deposit of 10,000 KRW per person.
• Uniform rental is available from the park's opening time on the same day.
• You must return the uniform by the store's closing time.
• Tickets will be sent to your e-mail. Please make sure to provide the correct email address.
• 2-3 days before the ticket use date, Lotte World admission tickets and uniform rental vouchers will be sent from hanaitc_cs@hanatour.com. Please check your email inbox regularly.
