2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 1-2 days.

3. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time. (You'll be notified about the meeting spot via e-mail 2 days before the departure date.)

• Please follow the instructions provided by the travel agency after your reservation is confirmed.
• Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
• The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions.
• Hotel pickup is available. You will be dropped off at Myeongdong at the end of the tour.
• If you are staying at a guesthouse or other accommodations other than major hotels, you will be picked up at a nearby hotel.
• The Samaksan Lake Cable Car operation may be suspended due to weather conditions. In such cases, you will be guided to a café with scenic views (beverages included). 
• There may be a long waiting time for the cable car.
• You'll be notified about the meeting spot via e-mail 2 days before the departure date. Please make sure to check your e-mail regularly.
• Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.
