Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
  • Please follow the instructions provided by the travel agency after your reservation is confirmed.
  • Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. For the convenience of other customers, the shuttle bus will depart for the next stop immediately. No refunds will be given if you miss the tour due to being late.
  • You can take the cable car within Seoraksan National Park to enjoy the views, but the cable car fee is not included. (If you wish to use the cable car, please request it from the guide on-site and make an additional payment.) 
  • When visiting Surfer Beach, please bring your own sandals, swimwear, toiletries, and towels. Note that the shower facilities are available for a fee.
  • Wearing crampons is required to enter the birch forest (Option D). If you don't have your own, you can rent them on-site for a fee.
  • With Option D & E, you'll also have the chance to watch expert climbers tackle the Yongdae Maebawi Ice Wall. However, please note that climbing is reserved for professionals, and this tour does not include a climbing experience.
  • The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions. 
  • Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats.
  • If you want to bring a wheelchair or stroller, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.
