1. Please provide the requested information in detail.
2. Proceed with the deposit payment.
3. After the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you will be notified through the provided email or messenger app.
4. During your visit, please show your reservation details to the staff.

Clinic Visit

1. Go up to the 12th floor and write your name and treatment details.
2. Wait for a moment in the lobby.
3. When your name is called, you will be guided to the consultation room to receive information about the procedure you will undergo, including the process, sequence, and duration of the treatment.
4. Follow the instructions and receive your treatment.
5. At the information desk, you'll receive detailed instructions and recommendations for post-treatment care.
6. After your treatment, you can schedule follow-up visits.

English consultation is available through WhatsApp.

Before Procedure

• Please choose your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page. 
• You have to make a deposit payment in order to complete the reservation. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you've already paid. 
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be given. 
• If you bring your passport, you can receive a 7% tax refund. (Only applicable to payments made on-site.)

After Procedure

• Please refrain from drinking and smoking for one week after the procedure. 
• After the treatment, temporary reactions such as troubles, swelling, bruising, or redness may occur. If they do not improve, please contact help@creatrip.com.
