1. Click 'Reserve' on the spot page and book the product according to the date and number of participants.

2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 1-2 days.

3. Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. The tour departs on time.

08:30-09:00 Outside the hotel main entrance (Specific pickup time will be provided on the day before the tour after 6 PM)

* Pick-up service is available only within Jeju. If you are staying outside of Jeju, we will guide you to the nearest hotel where pick-up is possible. If you have any questions about the pick-up location, please let us know.

• Pickup service is limited to Jeju.
• If you are late for the meeting time, we will not wait for the convenience of other customers. (If you miss the bus due to being late, the tour fee will not be refunded.)
• Please enter the hotel name, address, and contact number on the reservation page.
• In case you cannot be contacted the day before the tour (via phone/email, etc.), the reservation may be canceled, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Please note that admission tickets, lunch, and other related expenses are non-refundable even if not used.
• The tour includes walking. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
• The itinerary may be subject to change based on seasonal events, weather, and road conditions.
• If you do not provide the necessary information (name, email, contact number, nationality, hotel name, address) on the reservation page, the reservation will not be confirmed.
• This is not a private tour and it is limited to a maximum of 15 participants per group. 
• Please note that hotel pickup may not be available for solo travelers. In this case, you'll be informed about the closest pickup location.
