3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher. 
4. After purchase, please visit the ticket sales office within 90 days of the validity period with your voucher.

Boarding Waiting Area: TUBESTER Ticket Sales Office

• One TUBESTER can accommodate up to 6 people.
• The price is for per TUBESTER.
• Available for non-Korean nationals who are 19 years old or more (Minors under the age of 19 can use it when accompanied by an adult.)
• It is open daily during operating hours (except during the winter season).
• The ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. 
• There are no restrictions on how to use the purchased options. If you purchase 2 one-hour option, you can either use 2 units for 1 hour each or 1 unit for 2 hours.
• You must wear a life jacket at all times.
• Drinking alcohol, smoking, cooking, and the use of firearms are prohibited.
• Operation may be suspended or operating hours may be changed depending on the season and weather conditions to ensure safety.
• Children under 90cm, pregnant women, and elderly or disabled individuals with mobility issues cannot use the facility due to safety reasons.
