1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment. 
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher. 
4. Once your reservation is confirmed, please complete the Google Form by the day before your rental date. You’ll need confirmation from the provider to ensure smooth service. Without completing the form, you may face over an hour wait time or other issues when you arrive.
5. If we are unable to verify a copy of your passport, the rental may be denied on-site.
6. Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
7. Please return the equipment to the same location according to your scheduled return date. The rental period is based on days. Please reserve according to your desired rental days. For example, if you want to rent from March 1 to March 5, please pay for a 5-day rental (rental is not based on 24-hour periods).

Incheon International Airport T1: Pickup and Return Available

• Hours: 05:00-21:00
• Location: Incheon International Airport T1, 3F, N Counter and GATE 14, Booths 25-26 (Mirae)

• The pick-up and return are only available at Incheon Airport Terminal 1.
• The GlamPalm hair straightener is free-volt, while the Dyson Airwrap is 220V.
• For transparency purposes, we will send you a purchase invoice.
• The rental period is based on days. Please reserve according to your desired rental days. 
• The minimum rental period is 3 days. 
• Please return the equipment on the specified date and time. If the equipment is not returned without prior notice, actions may be taken.
• If you exceed the rental period, additional costs will be charged based on the daily rental rate.

• No repair fees will be charged for minor scratches.
• If the equipment is lost or irreparably damaged during the rental period, you will be charged 100% of the product price.
• In case of device damage or loss, you will be charged based on the lowest online purchase price. The rental company will contact you directly regarding the compensation.
• For repairable damages, the rental company will handle the repair through the device manufacturer and send the invoice to the customer.
• Please be aware that if additional charges are not paid or if there is no contact within three days after the scheduled return date, legal action may be taken.
