Reservation Info

  1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
  2. Proceed with the full payment. 
  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher. 
  4. After receiving the voucher, please send your name and a copy of your passport to forholiday30@naver.com. If the passport copy is not confirmed, on-site rental may be refused.
  5. Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
  6. Please return the equipment to the same location according to your scheduled return date. The rental period is based on days. Please reserve according to your desired rental days. For example, if you want to rent from March 1 to March 5, please pay for a 5-day rental (rental is not based on 24-hour periods).

1. Incheon International Airport T1: Pickup and Return Available

  • Hours: 05:00-21:00
  • Location: Incheon International Airport T1, 3F, N Counter and GATE 14, Booths 25-26 (Mirae)

2. Incheon International Airport T2: Only Return Available

  • Hours: 06:00-18:00
  • Location: Incheon International Airport T2, 3F, H Counter and GATE 8, Booth 21 (Mirae)


Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 3 days prior to rental date: Full Refund
  • Cancellations up to 2 days prior to rental date: 50% Refund
  • Cancellations up to 1 day prior to rental date / No-shows: No Refund
  • No-shows due to specific situations like flight delays: Full Refund
  • In case of equipment defects: Full Refund

Things To Keep In Mind

  • The pick-up and drop-off location is Incheon International Airport. 
  • For transparency purposes, we will send you a purchase invoice.
  • The rental period is based on days. Please reserve according to your desired rental days. 
  • The minimum rental period is 3 days. 
  • Please return the equipment on the specified date and time. If the equipment is not returned without prior notice, actions may be taken.
  • If you exceed the rental period, additional costs will be charged based on the daily rental rate.

  • No repair fees will be charged for minor scratches.
  • When renting a GoPro action camera, you will receive either the 10 or 11 model randomly.
  • Please ensure that the SD card is returned after use. Transfer your videos to the cloud or other storage before returning the device. (On-site payment available)
  • If the equipment is lost or irreparably damaged during the rental period, you will be charged 100% of the product price.
  • In case of device damage or loss, you will be charged based on the lowest online purchase price. The rental company will contact you directly regarding the compensation.
  • For repairable damages, the rental company will handle the repair through the device manufacturer and send the invoice to the customer.
  • Please be aware that if additional charges are not paid or if there is no contact within three days after the scheduled return date, legal action may be taken.
