How to Reserve

  1. Please make sure to fill out all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
    * Choose a course → Choose a vehicle → Select time → Specify the number of passengers and pickup/drop-off location.
    * Please check the number of passengers and estimated number of luggages before selecting a vehicle.
    * Provide a contactable messenger (LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, or a mobile phone number usable in Korea).
  2. Proceed with the full payment. 
  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 3 business days. 
  4. The assigned driver will contact you in advance. You will receive the driver's information from the company the day before the tour.
  5. On the pickup day, you'll meet the driver who will be holding a sign, and then proceed to your destination.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 days before: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 1 day before: No Refund
  • No partial refunds if you don't use the full time.
  • Full refund if your flight is canceled or delayed.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • The price is for per vehicle, not per person.
  • The driver will be waiting for you with a sign. Please make sure to enter your name correctly. 
  • Before boarding, verify your name on the sign, the type of car, and the license plate number.
  • When booking for airport pickup or drop-off, please consider your flight's arrival and departure times.
  • Children over 36 months are counted as adults in terms of passenger numbers.
  • Please make an on-site payment for additional costs. (cash and card both available)
  • If you fail to board the vehicle due to your own negligence, the reservation will automatically be canceled and no refunds will be given. 
  • For airport pickups, you need to provide your flight number for any delays due to weather or other factors. 
  • If you need a car seat, please let us know in advance at help@creatrip.com. It will be provided free of charge upon request.
